JOEY HESPE
With a passion for fashion, the arts and storytelling, I bring my unique voice to the forefront of any piece I create. My love for discovering and sharing the stories behind creators, artists, and visionaries has driven me to pursue a career in writing, where I can delve deeper into the subtle nuances and hidden narratives of any piece of art. Whether it's an article on a fashion show or mum dressing, a book review, an interview with a designer, or an essay exploring an artist's creative vision, I believe that every aspect of culture tells a story and I am passionate about connecting with the world through the power of narrative.
BECKY SMOUHA
As an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry, I've had the privilege of wearing multiple hats, including that of a creative director, stylist, writer, and marketing professional. I've had the opportunity to work across various facets of the fashion world, including digital media, omnichannel retail, and the startup scene. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to building sustainable fashion startups and brands. Since I was little, pining over the fashion in Dolly Magazine (circa 1999), I've always dreamed of sharing my unique take on the fashion world with others, and I'm excited to be delving into fashion and culture from my little corner of the Internet for Oh Yes Her.
